Mr Tommy Morris European Karate Federation and World Karate Federation Chief Referee

Mr Morris joined the WKF Referee Council in 1977 and was made Chairman in Sydney in 1986, a position which he held until his retirement in 2010 when he was appointed WKF Presidential Advisor.
